Purchases and Payment
All prices are in GBP and inclusive of VAT. Payment must be completed in full before dispatch. We reserve the right to cancel orders if payment verification fails.
Shipping and Returns
Items ship within 3 business days. You may return unused tools in original packaging within 30 days for a refund, minus shipping costs. Contact us for a return authorization number.
Product Warranty
Hand tools carry a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers breakage under normal use but excludes wear from misuse or modification. Proof of purchase is required.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining your account password confidentiality. Notify us immediately of unauthorized activity to prevent liability for fraudulent charges.
Disputes
Any disputes related to services will be resolved through binding arbitration in Sheffield, UK, waiving rights to class action lawsuits.
